A mix parlay combines multiple match selections into one bet slip. All selections must win for a payout; a void leg drops the leg count but does not cancel the whole slip.

A void bet is one that cannot be settled — usually because a match was postponed or cancelled. The stake returns to your account wallet automatically once the void status is confirmed.

What does over/under mean on a match?

Live odds update within seconds and can shift before your bet confirms. If the odds move during the split-second of submission, the system rejects the bet at the old price. Refresh the odds and try again at the current price.

Most football bets settle within a few minutes of the final whistle once the official result confirms. If your bet still shows as pending more than 30 minutes after full time, contact support with your bet ID.

A postponed match makes that leg void. The mix parlay then recalculates as if that selection was never included — so a five-leg parlay becomes a four-leg parlay with the remaining odds still active.

Pre-match bets can be cancelled before the match kicks off, provided the cancellation option is visible on your bet slip. Once a match goes live, pre-match bets that have already been accepted cannot be withdrawn.

Go to your account settings and look for the display preferences section. You can switch between decimal and other available formats there. The change applies to all sportsbook markets immediately after saving.
